At Hard Jewelry, we stand by our quality, but if your piece isn't hitting right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a refund.

Place the jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

Print & Post

Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
